Common questions

I bought Unlock — how do I get it on my other device?

Open the paywall (Share ▸ Unlock, or Settings) and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Where are my flipbooks stored?

On your device, in the app's own library. Deleting the app deletes them, so export anything you want to keep — or publish it to the gallery.

My exported GIF looks small.

Free GIF exports are capped at 512 px. Unlock removes the cap and adds PNG, APNG, SVG, and full-resolution GIF.

How do I remove something I published to the gallery?

Open the Gallery tab, find your post, and delete it. To remove everything at once — posts, reactions, reports, and your display name — use Settings ▸ Delete My Gallery Data.

Something in the gallery shouldn't be there.

Tap the post, then use Report or Block this creator. Reported posts are hidden from the feed automatically once enough people flag them, and we review reports directly. You can undo blocks in Settings.

What happened to my AI credits?

Each AI drawing spends one credit, and a failed generation refunds it. Credits live on the device where you earned or bought them.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com. Tell us what went wrong too — we'd rather fix it.
